well what do u want me to say lol?

you could do that with FL.

none of those two setups are "better"

but get the 25000 and the 002, u get the mpc prod centre and protools

i think u will be gettin "more"

If you have a fast & powerful computer, get the MPC + Pro Tools. The reason i say this is because Pro Tools eats up a lot of ram processing power. If your computer sucks, then I'd still say to get the MPC, but maybe add a rack module like the motif or fantom rack (because now you can burn cds right on your MPC (2500 w/ disk drive). However, if you just want something that looks streamlined and colorful, which, honestly, motivates some people to create (whatever works for you) get the MV. The MV is trying to imitate the original (MPC), but I won't lie, it is a nice machine... The best advice is test the stuff out. Get the setup that makes you feel like a kid at christmas waiting for a shiny red bike - that is what will keep you excited about making music. I know cats who treat their beat machine of choice better than their girlfriends (who often get gealous of how much time you will spend making music). Anyway, may the "force" be with you young beatsmith!
