I have an mpc4000. Its really good live because of the flexibility it has. Im looking at getting a 2500 as a backup machine but I need to know if it can do anything similar to the following:
I hit mixer button which brings up a mixer section where I can alter volume,pan, fx send for all of the parts using the q-link sliders.
Also when I hit setup key for q-link I can assign each knob or slider for pitch, pan, lfo etc. to any part again or use to send external messages.
If anyone has a 2500 and knows about this it would be really good if you could let me know what the score is! Also if anyone has both the 4000 and 2500 do you get used to the screen size and green color?
