thinking about getting an MPC

I want to get an MPC. I've been thinking about getting either an MPC2000xl or a MPC1000. I just want to be able to download samples off the internet so I can load them on to my MPC so does either of these have the USB output in which I can connect a USB Cable?

1000 has the USB connection for transferring data.

is there any other way to download samples on to a MPC if you didn't have a USB Connection?

For the 1000 you can transfer them via CF card.

For the 2000XL, I believe you can transfer them via HD disk.

And of course you can sample the sounds.
