XL: Any other Heavy Audio Track users? Slight bug

I keep noticing some weird behavior in XL when recording multiple Takes in Audio Tracks.

Does anyone else work this way? I'll record whatever it is i'm doing into an audio track. Then I usually do (at least) another Take, by pressing REC START or whatever.

Once I do this, it will sometimes change the Take which is selected in a completely different audio track! Once in a while the wrong Take will select in the same audio track i'm working on.

I'm not posting this in the bug thread because I haven't found a way to always reproduce it. Anyone else?

hmmm ..i never tried the multiple take thing onna 1k..i use it only one take..like for bouncing synths and other beat boxes i got hooked up that i cant be sure to have again later.or to bounce a voice-hogging track down to save polyphony..

Yeah I'm probably using audio tracks harder than a typical user, recording multiple live takes. The problem started when JJ upgraded their functionality in a recent update. I'll spend some time figuring out how to reproduce the bug.

I too am a Audio Track wierdo!
I dump all my midi-ed up tracks to Audio tracks.
first I pass each Keyboard or Rack into my Compressor to bring them up, so i dont have to do it later, so that the MPC can capture it.
ill dump every thing as Audio tracks except my drums.
Ill even dump my Vocal Hooks too.
If I deside to resample something I bring my outputs to -6db when I record.
if its subbass or kicks maybee -12db so I dont turn my Bumpin sound into Squarewaves... which is evil.
I just have to remember to clear out the Current Audio track at the bottom so I dont kill my last Recording

It sounds like you're not doing the multiple lives takes thing though, just recording from MIDI or recorded audio. I gotta get a chance to sort this out and hopefully have it fixed.
