I have a daisy chain set up of synths connected to my 2500 via midi. I have em set up so that when I select a midi channel on my mpc it corresponds to a synth. For instance, channel one is my main keyboard, and channel 2 is the synth above it and so on.
When channel one is selected your supposed to hear that device (even if local is off) because its channel is selected on the mpc. And when channel two is selected your supposed to be able to play the main keyboard and only hear audio from the second.
The problem is that none of this works in jj os, I just tested it on the akai os and it worked perfect.
Has anyone else with a similar setup run into the same problem?
Is there a preference page for this in jj os?
I like xl alot and dont want to have to switch back because of this. Thanks
