that is simply not true... the SP1200 does have a special swing. It's actually a rather organic machine... and because of its lack in precision to play MIDI notes, and its ability to become inundated by overly complex midi sequences, the machine has a funky way of swinging notes differently for every sequence. I've seen it and so have many of my SP colleagues. The machine has its very own microscopic drummer living on the SSM2044 chip. haha!
Stop trying to emulate the emulator... save your dough and invest kids! That's the best advice any one person could offer... free of charge! haha.

not trying to be a dick or anything, but seriously... i'm so sick of the newjacks trying to emulate vintage sounds and equipment that they didn't invest in because they were too scared by the limitations that come with the price tag. Please... for the last time... just program your drums and master your machine. JAEONE knows what he's talking about. KDP dont' play!

again, do not want. i'd rather have full control over my timing than let my machine decide for me.
