I just switched to JJ OS, I was wondering, what is the best format to save a track composed of internal sounds and midi?

i work with too many files to save entire mem. i make a folder for each project and save all relative files into it.

If you do like that, when you load, do you have to load all the samples and sequences from that folder manually?

No, just load up your project file, it will load up everything else for you.
