Click is being recorded on my Audio track

sup ya'll -

i'm recording an audio track directly on to the mpc 1000 (JJOS1). i'm using a juno 106, recording it mono. pretty straightfoward....the problem is, upon playback the the click is there. i checked my click settings and it's set to off during playback. is this a bug? anyone had this happen?

strange....are you SURE that you changed the click setting and not the count in? You said you were sampling from external so I cant see how that happened.

turned it off and back on, recorded again and it's fine now. just a wierd MPC thing I think. I swear this thing gets moody.

maybe your record-input was set to "main out"? this setting is reset to "analog" when you swich the mpc off.

I had that bug with os2xl 1.10 the first time I used it but could never reproduce it.

this happens all the time when i'm switching to main outs, well not exactly this, but constant sample rate clicking, makes me reset my mpc everytime to get rid of it. i can't stand it.. really ruins resampling for me!!
