Strange Muting Bug

OK - so i have a sequence that plays fine when I listen to it in the main window, but when i put it into a song parts get muted at this one point where they are not supposed to be muted. there is no pad mutings in my program. the sequence does not do this when placed at a different section in the song. it's very strange and quite frustrating. does anyone know why this might be and what i can do to fix it?

you might have overlaping pads hits when you merge 2 diferent sequences, go check it in the Grid Edit.

..or maybe you've just run out of polyphony.
