Q-sliders on each pad ?

the feature that a Q-slider could act only on ONE pad has been
removed ? (it is on OS1, isn't it ?)

is there other features that are on OS1 but not OS2XL ?

nope. that feature was indeed removed in 2xl. os 2 still has it.

is there a work-around for this? i can't see how multiple tracks can be linked to different q-links....

Yes there is a workaround. Since q-links are attached to tracks in OS2XL, when you want to use q-links for a certain pad, just move that pad's events to another track (http://www7a.biglobe.ne.jp/~mpc1000/os2xl/pad_move.htm), or record that one pad on its own track to begin with. Then you're free to use the q-links and they will only affect that track (hence that pad).

though there doesn't seem to be a way to assign each particular q-link to a particular track...so hpf to track one lpf to track two...they just apply across all the active tracks...unless i'm missing something...
