Hi guys,
I have recently brought the MPC 1000 with the jjos 2xl. When i used to have the MPC 2500, when tracking out of the unit, i remember having to ensure that each individual hit, e.g kick, snare etc was on a separate track as you were only able to mute tracks to separately record into your DAW.
I just wondered if this was still the way it needs to be done, or whether on the new JJOS a pad mute, or similar feature exists to make this process slightly easier? If not are there any other more practical solutions for tracking out of the unit that any of you guys use?
Thanks in advance.
