JJS OS2 1.22 Format Card

Guys, I need for format my memory card in my MPC1000. I am using JJ OS2 v1.22.

My original manual advises me to press mode pad 3 and then the F6 utill button. In my OS this method does not work.

Can anyone tell me how to format the card?

Mode + Save or Load
Select Memory Card
Hit Window
Format
