mpc2500; JJ OS2 and XL for OS1 user, same price ??

as in title,
I got mpc2500 and OS1 for a long time
just think about upgrade for simple reason - new system, new workflow, new ideas, etc

do I need to pay 113U$ anyway, as any first time buyer ?
