Hi there,
I just began to play with JJOS XL on my 2500. I think the MIDI features are awsome. JJOS has so much more features than the AKAI OS that it's just not fair to compare them.
I was playing around with assigning specific chords to specific pads. I think they are being saved with the sequence. Would it make sens to have something like a Pad-to-chord Program? I would be able to recall that Chord/Pad configuration just by loading this type of program. Maybe it's already possible and I haven't figured it out.
I was think of the same thing for pad-to-note programs. If I set up every pad to send specific notes, is it possible to recall a particular configuration like a Pad-to-note program?
