Just got the MPC 2500 ... want JJ OS

Check this out... I just got the MPC 2500 and I am looking to install the JJ OS now. How do I go about doing so? Is it download done thru USB or do I have to have it on CD? Please help.

you GOTTA research this. it is spelled out in many places. JJ website, here its a sticky somewhere..

DL os to CF card in the ROOT directory
pop in CF card.
LOAD the .bin
Follow MPC instructions.
