Swing Kerfuffle

Excuse me if this is a stupid question, just something i was gettin frustrated with.

I set my swing to 75% and out of record with note repeat held, the swing is clear and functioning.

However, i put the mpc into record and with note repeat held again it reverts to dead on 'swingless' timing.

Advice?

what os are you on?

Did you remember to set the note repeat to 1/8-3? Hold the note repeat and choose 1/8-3

why? the os is supposed to introduce swing no matter what quantize setting you are on....
i don't get why people answer to questions they don't understand...

because swing at 75% is the same that 1/X/3.

Appreciate all the help people, im on OS2XL 1.27.

I havent tried that to be honest, i'll give it a go later on, only tried it on 1/8.

I imagine its something real stupid i've missed, so i apologise in advance if it is
