hey, loads of you have prob done this but I just tried it last night, ok so the process goes like this,
found a sample, chopped it up in NDC then make a sequence then copy copy copy copy copy then to multiple sequences, then I left the chops at the same pitch in each sequence but I tuned up the drums in each sequence by +2 for each one so I had a 4 sequences where the drums were ......+2........+4..........+6..........+8, oh sorry I forgot to say the obvious thing that i had to copy the drum program 4 times....so then anyway I've now got 4 sequences each with the same pitch sampled chops but differently tuned/ pitches drum hits, then I recorded every sequence to sample in song mode...then I again used NDC to chop each sequence into hits so I could play the each song using the pads....now the reason I made 4 songs with different pitched drums is so that you now have 4 different programs in which you can tune down until all the drum hits are back to 0 but the chops will be reduced in each program.
Just try it out and see because it can be very cool live. If you want I can make a demo vid (actually I always say that) but this time I will.
