Does not MPC1000/JJ OS 2XL respond to aftertouch (channel pressure) from external gear?
I can only get it to work from the pads.

go to MODE + PAD 10. On the Bottom of the screen, you'll see MIDI out after touch. Select YES. Hope that helps.

It does, but you cannot use it realtime. You have to record it first to use it. I have e-mailed JJ about this but he did not report back :-(
