So... I'm building this track at the moment that's made up of 4 different sequences.

What I want to do is insert a tiny gap inbetween two of them in song mode. In the past i did something similar by creating a sequence that was 1 bad long with a really fast tempo which i set just right so that it filled the gap perfectly with silence... however, this time, a single bar at 300bpm is not short enough, i want something much shorter? Any way to do this?

I'm using JJOS4.99 btw... but if i can do this by upgrading to 2 or 2XL then I'll def consider it, been thinking about upgrading anyway.

I have a feeling you guys are gonna tell me this can't be done, but thought it would be worth asking just in case.

Peace

Ah not a bad idea... but tbh the gap i need is gonna be like 0.1 of a beat... a few ticks really... i'll have a try though and see if i can wangle it somehow.

Use Step Edit to insert a Tempo Change, lower the tempo, near the very end of the Seq. If needed insert another Tempo Change which reset to original tempo on the last tick. Adjust the position of the Tempo Changes and/or the amount by which you lower the tempo to get a organic gap that fits the groove.
