I agree cause the real deal is finding your own new stuff to chop... however I believe the kit he sells goes along with the tutorial... doesn't it? Like do when he is showing how to do a particular thing on the tutorial video that he is selling you can do the same thing too and see the same stuff on your screen at the same time.. no? other then that I dont think many people will pick those up just for the sounds. He probably did chop those samples from already royalty free sources so he doesn't get in trouble... that would make sense.
