Making a synth program using auto set

THis feature is amazing and i love the way when i am on the main screen i can see what note i am using BUT , sometimes for example E2 will be on pad B1 , if i am playing in Scale of E its diffult to play melody . Is there a way to shift up the notes a little so that E2 would be on pad B5 ?
