Hi, I'm using JJOS2XL on my mpc1000 and get an odd problem when I save sequences as .mid to import into another sequencer. Basically if I save any sequence as .mid and then load it back into the mpc some of the note events get marked as loops. All of my samples are one shot, but in the step edit window, something like 15-20% of all the events get marked as something like this: "PAD: *pad#*(LOOP)". The same pad will have some of the events marked as loops and others will remain one shot throughout the sequence.

There's no discernible pattern to this as far as I can tell, it seems to happen randomly. It's also not contingent on me editing the midi file w/ another midi editor, if i simply save the file and immediately reload it I get the problem. I get this problem every time I save a sequence as a .mid.

Does anyone have any idea what could cause this or how I could fix it?
I'm fairly new to the mpc so hopefully its just me doing something stupid.
Thanks!

I was messing around to try and further isolate the problem and found some things.
1. The problem is caused by the import not export. If i create a midi file in Logic or something and import it into the mpc some events will be marked as loops.
2. I have 2 mpc's available to me. One has os2xl ver 1.38 and midi files load fine, the one w/ 2.12 causes the problems.
3. If I load the midi file into the free jj os, then save as seq, then load the seq into os2xl ver 2.12 I dont have the problem.

So it looks to me like its just a bug w/ the new version of os2xl, is there an archive of old os2xl versions anywhere on the internet? I searched and couldn't find anything. I have a temporary solution by importing everything through the free version but I'd rather not have to do all the extra steps.
Thanks!

EDIT: Can anyone send me old versions of os2xl? Preferably several going back to version 1?
