Timing resolution not working in miditracks

I have noticed that the timing correct is faulty if a miditrack is used.

Create a midi track, set the timing resolution to 32/3, pres rec (not start) and press some pads. now it behaves like it's in 8th mode.

Do you get this too?

nope, seems fine on 2.18 with midi track, but check your grid options, if duration is set to: as played, you can have a feeling something is not ok, because it adds a time you hold a pad (as played).
