Hello,
after just looking around on this great forum a long time my first post!
i use the mpc1000 mainly for live reasons (notebooks sxxx!) an so i was really
exited about the Multi Timbre and MIDI CC thing for Vol/Pan/Cutof/Q in the XL
Version after using the normal JJOS2 for quite a moment.
My Setup Plan
Ext MIDI Seq -> MPC1K(JJOS2XL 2.22) MIDIOUTA -> MIDI Controllerbox (Doepfer Pocket Control) -> Waldorf Blofeld
the Ext Seq is also controlling other stuff....
The Nice thing would be to Controll the Blofeld from both Sequencers (External and MPC)
Unfortunately the Multi Timbre Modus doesn't work for me
because its seems to be not possible to
disable some MIDI-Channels, the Tracks sound with the other Stuff from the Ext Seq.
(it would be MEGA if it would be possible to assign a Track to a MIDI-Channel (off,1-16))
so i thought that with Multi Timber OFF this should work with the SOFT THRU on OMNI-A,
but this only thrus the MIDI-Events from Active Track Receive Channel, and putting this
on ALL doesn't work because all Events from the Ext Seq gets routed to the Track
that i want to use the MPC-Sliders to change the Filter-Freq (that gives a horrible Audio-Mess
)
So the Question, is this a Bug in the Soft Thru Function and is there a Workaround for it?
Many thanks for any Help!
