program changes in sequences

i searched but i couldnt find anything about this. i recently upgraded to jjos 4.99 and the program changes in my sequences dont seem to be working. they work on the track screen, but if i put one later in the sequence it doesnt send it apparently. is there something simple that i am missing?

Sorry, it may sound weird, but which exact version you got? 4.99, without any letters, like 4.99A? Or do you have 4.99L? anyway get 4.99L
