whole beat gets pitched by +1 when loaded - 3.16 (MPC 1000)

sometimes when i load a beat the whole things gets pitched up +1.00. Anyone else had this prob? Running MPC 1000 jjos2xl 3.16

Could you give more details?
what kind of "beat"? something you did inside the mpc and you re reloading or files you got elsewhere?
Out of curiosity are you using SPDIF?

if you in program mode select all pads and change them back to 00.00, save it and load it again, does it still do that?

Update to 3.17,

change the pitch of the sample in the sample list (Window in the trim page) before saving.


I had the normal problem of trying to read samples on my disk, saved at 22khz with an old akai sampler. In that case they play twice the speed on the disk and the sampler will reconvert when loading in the memory.

So maybe try to resave at 16 bit 44.1.khz.
