How do you Record Pitch Automation JJOS2XL

Right I have laid down a melody using a sample. Now I want to automate the pitch of that 16 bar loop using the qlink slider like a pitch wheel.

Ive set to qlink to pitch. Howcome after I press record and hit play. The sequencer isn't recording my movements of the qlink.

Make sure the green "After" light on the Q-Link is on when you record - hit the button if it isn't. Check it after you start recording because I believe hitting Record automatically turns it off.
