I have a song which I have triggered long samples every 4 bars for 16 bars. At the beginning of the 17th bar I would like all of them to just stop. Is there any way I could achieve this?

1. TRACK MUTE
2. [REC]+[STOP]
3. Goto Bar 17
4. F1 (ALL MUTE)

That works in a sense, but not exactly what I was looking for. Maybe this is not a smart way to do this but I have samples that run over 4 bars and cued every 4 bars, so every time that sample plays, the last time that same sample was triggered did not complete the end.

I like how the samples mix together when they are triggered multiple times, however, there is a point where I would like them to be cut off completely instead of the last sample slowly fading out. This is probably not possible but I just thought someone might have an idea.

Don't like track mutes? So insert events instead to mute pads, or insert realtime level controls to set it to 0. Or setup a pad that is in a mute group with the ones you want to stop and just press it.

i would assign each sample to a seperate mute group and have the pad that is in the mute group to be blank, then on bar 17, i would go to grid edit and place the empty pad in that, that should cut off all your samples and keep them mixing how you want too.
