how to turn cc events off in 2500?

i had my 1000 connected via midi to roland juno 106. every time i pressed a key in juno it sent CC:123-ALL NOTE OFF message (shown in midi monitor window), and cut off every sound playing on mpc. i somehow disabled that message affecting mpc and everything worked fine ever since.

now i upgraded my mpc to 2500, and i have that similar problem, but i can't remember what i did last time. i have the latest jjosxl. please help me. i couldn't find anything about this in jjos manual. strange thing is that jjos seems to be quite similar in both mpc's.

this question is exactly what i need an answer to... is there a solution without me buying a hardware midi filter?
