Assign to Pad (Edit:OSXL and OS3 updates, feature requests?

I haven't been around in the JJ forum for a while, been on the 500 but now I'm back on the 2500. Just curious, what happened to being able to assign a sample to a pad from the load screen?

Press [window] in LOAD screen and set this to ON.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I realize now I've likely wasted space by creating this post, what more can be said about assigning to a pad. So maybe lets change the topic to OSXL features in general. Since I've been back checking this forum out, there doesn't seem to be much talk about feature requests? Has JJ finished with updates on OSXL and moved on to OS3? OS3 looks cool with some nice new features but seems kinda buggy, playback in the trim screen seems to be a bit out of sync with the playhead marker movement.

Yes, OSXL/OS2XL dev has ended.

There's significant lag on the playhead marker. I guess it's due to having to draw both channels at the same time.

I just submitted couple of requests to JJ, but lets see what happens.
