Loading samples/sounds from computer onto MPC

I just updated the 1000 to the JJOS 3.16 Is it possible to load samples n sounds into the MPC in the same manner as the OS was installed? Thanks

the easiest way for me is plugging the MPC in directly to the computer and then on your comp a folder will pop up and you can drag and drop in the sounds you need(going into the load screen on your MPC and selecting sync to pull them from your PC to your MPC) ...I am not sure if that has changed since my last update...

16-bit wav (PCM), MIDI files

if you do not have .wav files there are many different ways you can convert them to .wav

i think you can even do the converting with itunes.
