How to have the MPC save external synth patch in project

I'm using a MPC2500 with JJOS XL. Im trying to save my projects so that when I reload them, they will load the proper synth patches on my Korg MS2000 and Moog Minitaur external synths. I have read through the JJOS XL manual and the section that talks about how to do this is worded is a really confusing way. Can anyone explain in laymen's terms how to properly do this? Thanks!

Erm, you just set the appropriate program change values to each required track? Program changes are recalled with seq's... Its The number value next to the MIDI channel/port parameter.
