Crossfade on an Audio Track

Can JJOS allow you to have crossfading on an looping audio track being played back? I've been looking around for a clear answer but I'm still unclear on this. I know there's issues in regards to recording in real time but all I'd like to know is if I can playback an audio track and have it crossfade. Thanks!

The answer is no.
I guess there are only limited workarounds.
In os2XL, if you want to use a crossfade function you can put your audio track sample into a program and use the looping crossfade function. The crossfade amount is not editable though.

In audio track grid edit you can try to mess manually with fade in and fade out functions.

Bummer....thanks for your help though. I don't think the audio track grid would be helpful though because it will still loop once the fade out and the end is done and then the fade in starts (they won't overlap) unless I'm not understanding it right.

And from what I've read you can't set a "release" or 'attack" on an audio track so that isn't an option either.....
