hi ! i've just tried to track and sync my 1K to my computer and got some questions about it.
what should i trust?
my basis for comparison is the mark (kind of grid) in acid who shows bar and define tempo.
firstly, i decided the tempo project (even for MTC) just to see if it's visually good.
i tried slave-connected-MTC and in acid the wave graphic is in advance compared to the marker. Even i'm connected at 30,24 or 25fps and even i got a 1 or 10 bars blank before, it is still in advance.
consequently, i tried to connect with midi clock. The tempo project is still the same and visually we can see it's still in advance but closer to the marker than MTC.
so what should i trust? Acid? mpc? nothing? lol
if somebody has a explanation or a key to understand track and sync please feel free to reply.
