New to MPC, learning on OS3 good idea??

Hey guys, I just got my MPC 1000, and I am starting to pick things up pretty well. I did want to get one of those tutorial DVDs though. My question is, if I was to upgrade to OS3, will it mess with me learning stuff off the DVD? Thanks.

If you buy a dvd on how to use your beatbox its guaranteed that youll still be stuck......

it won't mess with the new os(maybe some buttons change)

anyway, just get the new OS and read the manual

I have been messing around with it so far and reading the manual. I think I am catching on pretty quick, but of course it is always nice to see someone else do it too. Would you recommend the ebook instead of the DVD?
