Bug

I have lost a few beats on seperate occasions and i am not sure exactley how it has happend, but i think it always involves the Bar buttons

Last night i was making a beat - (im still using os 4.02) and getting a bit carried away like as you do

i was recording a performance on the pads and i think... while it was recording still i tried to jump back a couple of bars to add in a note i had missed and it wiped the whole beat!!

the only thing that was there was the audio that had beed directly recorded on track 61 and 62. The programs and samples were still in memory but all sequence information had been blanked

anyone know exactley how this happens so i can try and avoid it in future

safe as houses!!

was the data still there in the sequencer, or was it as if you'd loaded a new project?

my only advice right now is to save often.

na nym it had dissapeared as if nothing had been recorded full stop - i checked in step on the tracks that i had events on an they all said end of seq

shady...

Not realy.. Il go onto 15 tonight of just been getting used to the other features that have been added... and there have been more added after 4.02 an in turn a lot of bugs poped up so i just wanted to wait for it to settle. I wanna start messing with the q link on start n end points,. That should be sick

yeah it's fun, but its useless if your data disappears...definitely bump this thread if you learn anything more about it.

If you are going to use any OS, at least use the most current one.
