"save entire memory" 3.06

When I save entire memory to a project at the end of the day it says "ALL programs, seq, samples, songs. When Im finished saving I check and it never saves my sequences! Just curious why it says it does and do not Ive been reminding myself to save the sequences manually so I dont lose all my goods...
