Like I said a coule of answers ago - the 101 book and the all the related excersises are available now through Amazon (about 20 UK pounds)
The further courses are about 300 UK pounds each (and there are a further three of them) So I guess thay do all add up - but i've staggered the courses over a year and a bit now - A: to make sure all the learning sinks in and to give time to sit the exams (which are taken via the Digidesign website - with a pass mark of a whopping 90%! - they obviously want all officially certificated operators to know their stuff) and B: to enable the saving up of funds to be able to afford each section of the course.
All the info regarding the courses etc are on the DIGI website - check it out
