loop problems

hi 2all
can any body tell me how can i use a rithem phrase from a keyboard and make it play and stop normaly in the mpc1000 ,
i have many loops in my s pds roland i want 2 put it in mpc and record it 2the siquens but the problem is when i record that loop in the sequens it dosent stop u must press the stop button 3 times to stop .

I think if you make the samples 'note on' and sequence them with specific/long note durations, they will cut when stop is pressed. I'm not sure though, might be remembering wrong.

he spells sequence: 'siquens' i doubt he'll want to have anything smaller than a 4 bar loop.
