how do I upload the new os.

I was just wondering how i am going to update the jj os tommarow. I am new to the mpc and even newer to the jj os. Does it update automatically if I plug it in to my computer or what. Please some one explain

first off drop the new OS onto your flash card, then...

1. Insert CF with OS data into MPC1000
2. Turn the power on while pressing down the WINDOW button
3. Press the REC button- the MPC1000 will start processing the update and will then re-boot automatically with the new OS
