Trying to set PAD up to trigger multiple sounds?

i read the manual and pilaged through the JJ stuff but couldnt seem to find it. i have a snare that i want to trigger a differnt pad too containing a clap. i know how to do it on the older MPCs but the new 1000 with the Jj OS has me trying to reacquaint myself. any thoughts? sorry if it is obvious and I just somehow missed it.
