hitting 8,9, & 10 pads while seq playing causes tempo change

I don't know why it's happening but by hitting 8,9, & 10 pads while seq playing, the tempo jumps to whatever tempo i'm tapping on the pads. I installed v.2.11 and the mpc doesn't have this problem so it's only the jj os.

go into OTHER and PAD and you must have pads 8 9 and 10 set to tap tempo somehow.

JJ allows you to set pads to certain functions. It's somewhere in the OTHER screen.

yo i agree with dvs, your options are set up funny. f@@k 2.11 seriously unless you want to lose all your data eventually
