Has anyone had problems loading old files into new os's

I am tempted to update my JJOS and I am around the early 4's in OS's but I have SO many beats on my mpc, has anyone ever had trouble loading old beats or them becoming corrupt once saved again?

Everything has played fine for me since the beginning of JJ. I'm on the latest and my earliest beats play fine. I save entire memory to a new folder each time. I do this on two CF cards. Then backup to the PC just in case.

I have an autoload from whatever the latest Akai OS was. Will this work on the JJ OS?
