Recalling MIDI sequences with the 2500

I have made a few beats using my MPC and the Roland Fantom rack module. I know how to use the MIDI perfectly until the point where I need to save everything. I have no idea how to save the sounds from the Roland so that the MPC will recall my sounds when I turn everything back on. A friend briefly explained it to me, but I forgot almost immediately.
If anyone can help I'd be greatly appreciative. Thanks.
