not at this point, although this would be a great addition to the JJ OS.

I presently use the software "BlueBox" to do this.

You can assign sample to pad in program from the LOAD screen. Thats a good way to work around. If we did have that feature and there was more than 64 samples in the folder, I dont know what the MPC would do about the other samples? Assign them to the next Velocity Layer I guess? Not sure. What does Bluebox do if you have more than 64 samples in a folder that you load? I use Pad 187, I got a Mac. And I rarely use that program, and I never loaded a folder full of samples either.
