Is the bit12 resample any good ?

Is the bit12 resample any good ?

Is this feature in the free JJ OS ?, also could some upload a 16bit and a resampled 12bit(in the JJ OS) break so we all can hear the difference in the same sound file to make comparisons ?, everyone would greatly appreciate it.
