Hi,
I have my mpc 1000 setup as master and pro tools as slave using MTC and MMC. If I hit play/stop on the MPC pro tools starts/stops fine in sync. My only problem is if I hit REC on the mpc for it to arm or trigger record in pro tools nothing happens on the pro tools side. I read through the JJ manual and the MMC section said the MPC doesn't send MMC record signals out, it only receives.
I remember reading some post on here where someone said they got pro tools to record arm when they hit rec on the MPC. If so how do I get this to work?
If this isn't possible right now, can it be added to the OS in the future?
