I ask this because I recently started using Reason 4 and have started encountering some weird ass stuff with my sequences. For example, the sequence will be playing as normal, but then all of a sudden the sample will drop out, or the snare will drop out, and then the sequence will start playing at like 3/4 speed. Once I stop the sequence and press play start again, everything thing plays fine, but only for make the next 5 mins. Then, the same issue all over again. I'm not saying that this problem is definitely the cause of the JJ OS, but it has to be between it or my new install of Reason 4.
I first started experiencing this when I was using 3.07, so I updated the OS to 3.08 to see if it would make a difference. WRONG!
Let me know if you've come across anything like this.
I might have to try reverting to 3.06 to see if 3.07/3.08 are the problem.
