I learn all of you and I´m very grateful but when I´m doing a "midi secuence" with the Mpc (I´ve got an Motif rack that plays the sounds) I like "export" the score and "print" them.......... Now I have to do a "linear secuence" or conect the mpc to nuendo by the midi Out to rec the midi.

I like very much the mpc but the songs that you can with them are more simples that the songs with others sequencers.................... well, you can do complex songs bar to bar, or playing the entire song like in a traditional multitrack, but now this things are outdated.

JJ, please actualice the song mode and merge it with "simult secuence" ...

People of the forum realy don´t need something like this?

There are very kind of modifications that he can do (listen a secuence when loading to find correct sounds, implement a midi in with more that the active track) but this can made the difference: DRUM-BOX or SECUENCER.

I explain to you:

I have 78 patterns in Fl studio (or other secuencer).

Pattern 1= bass1
Pattern 2= bass2
Pattern 3= bass2 modification1
Pattern 4= bass3
Pattern 5= bass3 2toneup
Pattern 6= bass4
Pattern 7= bass5
Pattern 8= bass6
Pattern 9= bass7
Pattern 10= drum 1
Pattern 11= drum 1 with init crash
Pattern 12= drum 2
Etc....etc.........

How can I made a song merge this components with "track mutes"?....... the solution: I can´t, I only can do a "linear sequencing" or a simple structure in song mode and then Re-arrange some of the bars :(

It´s like an other user say in a post: It´s seem to be made to "delete" parts, not to "add" parts.

track 1 = bass1
track 2 = bass2
track 3 = bass2 modification1
track 4 = bass3
etc.

go to song mode, loop Sequence1 however many times you want your song to be, convert song to sequence.

in new sequence "Song01" or whatever you called it, use track mutes and unmutes in the same way you would "paint" patterns into a song in FL.

yes, the mpc is different than FL in that you need to mute or remove tracks from the sequence rather than adding them in. it still accomplishes the same thing.

but your idea for changing song mode to play simultaneous sequences isn't necessary. just don't make every change up a different sequence, have all your change ups in a single sequence just on different tracks.
