Installing JJ OS

Hey Wutsup everybody. I was just wondering about the JJ OS, and am considering purchasing it. I have been looking at the site, however, I can't seem to find any instructions on how to install it into the MPC. Could someone please give step by step instructions how to install it once the file is on my computer.

Also, I'm a little confused as to how the payment works. Can you install it, and pay for it later? Is it like a trial or something? Or does the OS only work on the MPC once it is actually paid for?
